personnel management. and informational management,
property development, grant research and grant writing,
program development, assisting with establishing and
maintaining work standards and licensing requirements.

Kellye M. Robinson
Responsible for program planning and development,
updates and grant compliance for all agency program.
Oversight and monitoring of agency programs and
administrative support. Kellye is also a Victim Advocate
for Fife. the Victim Advocate receives cases from Fife
Police Department and the advocate provides outreach
and information regarding protection orders, resources
and referrals.
